The majority of indigenous people live in very remote areas where there are no high schools.
When they finish high school, they have to leave their communities and move to the city of Sibiti to continue their studies.
Unfortunately, there are no reception centers or housing to accommodate them.
Not being able to rent apartments and pay for nutrition in the city, indigenous children prefer to drop out of school as soon as they finish college.
In order to allow all indigenous students in the department of Lekoumou to be able to continue their studies in high school, we are considering the purchase of land and the construction of housing.
Next to the housing, we will also build a conference room that will allow us to conduct extracurricular activities, leadership training, entrepreneurship training and many other areas such as personal development.
For the purchase of the land, the construction of the housing and the meeting room, we need $49,000.
